Be warned the Electric Charging Signs are totally misleading
Notwithstanding this sign on the charging terminal saying how long you can stay you still have to scan a QR code at another sign some 60' away and register your car as charging or you get fined.
You are strongly advised to boycott this location and use the rapid chargers in Colyton Car Park (link above) instead to charge your EV or the ones in West Street Car Park, Axminster
Seaton Premier Inn Car Park
This car park is for the relativly new Premier Inn in Seaton has around 77 spaces and whilst guests have to pay to park when they stay there you can, if you wish, pay just to park, you are not obliged to stay in the hotel to park here, but parking is always charged.

If you are staying in the hotel then obviously you can stay overnight, whereas booking off you mobile the maximum time you can pary to park extends to 10 hours and there are cheaper options locally.
